Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size.
Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. Rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@soccerspotarena.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
