Refund policy

At The Soccer Spot, we take great care to accurately describe the condition of every vintage and retro jersey we sell. Each item is rated on our 10-point condition scale, and we include detailed photos to reflect its true state.

Returns Window We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

Eligibility Returns are accepted if the item's condition was materially misrepresented (e.g., a defect not noted in the listing), or if you received the wrong item. We do not accept returns for change of mind or where the condition rating and photos were accurate.

Condition Disputes If you believe an item's condition doesn't match its listed rating, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@soccerspotarena.com. Please include photos showing the discrepancy. We'll review and respond within 2 business days. If the dispute is valid, we'll cover return shipping and issue a full refund or store credit — your choice.

Return Shipping If the return is due to our error or a condition dispute, we cover return shipping. For all other approved returns, the buyer pays return shipping.

International Returns: International orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery if an item's condition was materially misrepresented. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and Import Duty Fees. 

Refunds Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
